Christmas 2022: I haven’t received my order, what should I do?

Thanks for letting us know! We always ship everything on time but sadly Royal Mail UK’s regular strike actions throughout November and December have drastically slowed down all deliveries, in and outside the U.K. creating longer delays for everyone. Sadly, all businesses and customers are affected. Your order is definitely not lost but queuing to be processed by Royal Mail.

International Delivery

Please note: Customers in Europe may now be asked to pay additional local charges to receive goods following the UK’s exit from the European Union on 1st January 2021.

Please check with your local post office for any additional informations.

Payment of any fees would need to be paid by the customers to receive their goods.

Standard Europe & World delivery starts from £2.70 for our smaller items as postcards and £4.50 for larger items such as A4 prints.

All of our delivery prices include both postage and packaging.

Please note that we usually operate two or three rounds of delivery by week.

Mainland UK Delivery

Standard Mainland UK delivery is usually between £1.55 and £5.50 per order.

I haven’t received my order, what should I do?

First of all, don’t panic!

Sadly, with the increasing number of online orders happening everywhere in the world, delays can happen. If it’s been more than six weeks and you are still waiting for an order from us, please get in touch and we’ll do our best to solve the issue as soon as possible. Just bear in mind that we can’t resend any order before 6 full weeks.

If you want to be able to keep an eye on your parcel at all time, use the “Tracked Shipping” option for delivery at check out. Our “Standard Delivery” option sadly doesn’t offer any tracking number. And if you still think there was a problem with your order, never hesitate to reach out to us. Our email is [email protected].

I am based in E.U, will I have to pay for import custom taxes?

We don’t take in charge any import custom taxes so you might be required to pay that by your local authority when receiving your order.

I received the wrong item or something is missing/damaged from my order, what should I do?

Please don’t hesitate to share with us your order number and some pictures of what you received, so we can solve the issue as soon as possible.

I don’t have my tracking number, can you help?

Tracked Delivery Option

If you have selected the Tracked Delivery Option on the website and still haven’t received your tracking number after 48 hours, please get in touch and we’ll have that sorted ASAP.

Non-tracked option

If you haven’t selected the Tracked Delivery Option, sadly, we won’t have any tracking number to share.

How long does it take to receive an order?

We always aim to prepare your order within 3 working days after receiving it.

– All U.K customers could expect to receive their order within 2-3 days after shipping confirmation has been sent.
– U.S customers should expect their order within 7-10 working days. Orders can take up to 4-6 weeks to arrive in peak seasons.
– For our U.E customers, due to new Brexit legislation, delays can vary from 1 to 6/7 week depending on local customs and border controls.

Bear in mind that the indications above can vary from countries to countries.
